We're looking for someone who has actually worked the floor — hospitality, retail, or as a chef in a busy, high-pressure trade — and is ready for a change of career without leaving behind everything they know about how a real business runs. You'll become our resident product expert, helping clients get the most out of Trackory: configuring the platform for their day-to-day, solving implementation issues, and turning real operational problems into practical product answers.
Support clients through onboarding and implementation of Trackory's EPOS, stock and reporting tools.
Solve the real day-to-day issues clients hit once they're live — configuration, workflow and hardware setup.
Be the bridge between what operators actually need and how the product works.
Build a deep, practical understanding of Trackory across every vertical we serve.
Genuine experience running or working in a busy hospitality, retail or food operation — chef, ops manager, shift lead or similar.
Comfortable with technology and keen to learn a software platform inside and out.
Calm under pressure, practical, and a clear communicator with clients.
No prior software support experience required — we'll train you on the platform.
